SEJI'S MISSION

Here at Seji (Pronounced C.G.) S.O.A.R.S. — Second Opportunities Always Reach Success, Inc., we believe in the value, dignity, and potential of every individual.

Seji S.O.A.R.S., Inc. is committed to improving opportunities for first-time justice-impacted African American males as they reenter society and reclaim their path as productive, law-abiding citizens.

We accomplish this by building strategic partnerships with business leaders to connect employers with qualified individuals, while providing comprehensive reentry support services. These services include access to counseling, stable housing resources, and mental health support to ensure a successful transition back into the community.

In addition, we provide mentorship and preventative programming for at-risk African American adolescent males—working proactively to redirect their path and reduce the likelihood of future involvement with the justice system.

Our mission extends beyond the individual. We support families impacted by incarceration through wellness initiatives, food assistance, and access to essential resources.

We also invest in the next generation through youth literacy programs, recognizing that education is a cornerstone for long-term success and empowerment.

If you or someone you know can benefit from the services we offer, we invite you to take the next step.

Book an appointment today and allow Seji S.O.A.R.S. to walk alongside you on your journey—because your future is still yours to claim, and your success is still within reach.

AT A GLANCE

A Distinct Identity

Seji S.O.A.R.S., Inc. — “Second Opportunities Always Reach Success” — understands that our strength is not only defined by the words we stand by, but more importantly by the impact of our actions. We recognize that many individuals returning to society after incarceration often lack the support of family and friends. However, with the right support system and a committed network standing beside them, these individuals can overcome challenges and rebuild their lives more effectively. It is this understanding and commitment to meaningful change that led to the founding of Seji S.O.A.R.S., Inc.

We are committed to reducing recidivism among our sons, grandsons, husbands, fathers, brothers, uncles, and nephews by creating pathways that allow for meaningful second chances and successful reintegration into society. At the same time, we proactively work to prevent justice system involvement among male adolescents by offering mentorship programs tailored to meet their individual needs—guiding them toward positive, purpose-driven futures.

We are driven to support first-time justice-impacted African American males as they reenter society, equipping them to become productive, law-abiding citizens. Through career counseling, life skills training, and workforce readiness support, we help open doors to employment opportunities and renewed stability—restoring their ability to thrive within their families and communities.

Equally important, we are dedicated to mentoring at-risk African American male adolescents, empowering them with the tools, guidance, and support needed to change their trajectory and build a future defined by success.

“Because when one man is restored, a family is strengthened—and a community is transformed.”
